  Had a great stay at the Doubltree a week ago. The Concierge - Mary R - was terrifice in helping us with directions, tours and history of Savannah. We had a great room - it looked like a suite, and had a huge, marble bathroom. Great…

  On average, I stay at 3 hotels a week... upon arrive, the parking and front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean but very basic; the room was humid but we thought nothing of it since most hotels only use the fan…

  Pros: Staff at parking and location Cons: "not my job" attitude. Customers experiance does not come first
